Work

Marketing strategy + the words that make people decide

This is for you if:

  • You know your work is strong, but strangers don’t have enough confidence to choose you yet.

  • People are interested, they read, they watch, they save… and then they wait.

  • You keep feeling the pressure to “prove it” harder, explain more, show more, and it still doesn’t turn into clean decisions.

  • You’re not losing to competitors, you’re losing to hesitation, “maybe later,” “let me think,” “I need to compare.”

You want your marketing to do one job, make the right buyer feel safe moving now, not someday.

How we work together

Start with the type of work your business needs right now.

90-Day Marketing Consulting

For businesses that want their marketing to finally say the right thing, in the places where clients decide.

Over 90 days we work through your website, offers, proposals, content, and sales conversations so everything starts making the same point, clearly, confidently, and without you having to explain it ten different ways.

Website + Offer Direction (3 pages)

For when your website looks good, but people still leave unsure.

We shape what to say, what to cut, and what to repeat across your Homepage, About, and one core service page, so strangers understand you fast, trust you faster, and know what to do next.
You leave with clear page structure, exact wording, and a short implementation order, so you’re not guessing.

Proposal That Closes

For when proposals get “let me think about it,” instead of a decision.

We rebuild your proposal into a repeatable decision tool, the questionnaire, the structure, the wording, and one real example, so your offers feel clear, specific, and hard to stall.
Not design, not a deck, a system you can reuse without rewriting from scratch every time.

Personal Brand Presence

For when you’re good at what you do, but showing up still feels unnatural.

We remove what’s making you hide, then build how you show up on video, in content, and in real life, so people understand you quickly, remember you, and trust your authority without you trying to be “on.”
You leave with your non negotiables, repeatable presence cues, and a simple plan so you don’t default back to safe.

How the work happens

This is focused consulting, not content management and not someone running your marketing for you.

We work in scheduled sessions where we look at the parts of your business that influence a client’s decision, your website, offers, proposals, content, and the way you explain what you do.

During our calls is where the real thinking happens.

We talk through what’s working, what feels unclear, and what you’ve been circling around but haven’t quite said yet. It’s a space to think out loud, test ideas, and decide what direction actually makes sense for your business.

Between sessions you send what you’re working on, a page draft, proposal, message, presentation, or offer idea.

I review it and respond with clear direction on what to change, what to remove, and what to say differently so the idea becomes easier for someone else to understand and trust.

We also pay attention to what feels natural for you to say and what doesn’t. It’s your business and your voice. The goal isn’t to force a style, but to help you say what you mean with more confidence and less hesitation.

Over time, the things that once felt uncomfortable to say start to feel normal, because they finally match the value of the work you’re doing.

How to get a sense of my thinking

If you want to hear how I approach marketing and client decisions before working together, listen to Branding Momentum.

It’s where I talk about why good businesses still get overlooked, what makes someone trust a service quickly, and how small changes in the way you explain your work can completely shift how people respond.
