Imposter Syndrome a disease of the self

Are you awake? Or are you on autopilot numb?

When people ask you ‘How are you?’, you automatically answer ‘ Fine’. And, then the brain goes… I feel stuck, I don't know what I’m doing, none likes you, you’re a fake, you suck, idiot…

We can agree that imposter syndrome is a disease of the self… At some point in our lives we have experienced a feeling, a sensation, a frustration about something that goes terribly bad… or gone terribly right but we don't know how to react, how to be grateful, we shy away our emotions and we hide behind a smiling face. And this is where you second guess every step you take and become the invisible entrepreneur.

The visible mindset allows you to break free from the type of imposter you are. But you gotta work on your limiting beliefs first by :

  • Learning not to judge yourself

  • Understand what is a belief versus reality

  • Unlock where your strengths lie, to be a better person and entrepreneur

  • Identify what you already know you’re good at

  • Believe you’re uniquely different no matter how much you doubt on yourself

Most people don’t have the courage to go deeper and resolve their invisible mindset and drag their negative luggage beliefs for the rest of their lives. If you are anything like me and want a mentor to help you out of that mindset, reach out to me. I’m here to listen.
