Entrepreneur productivity hacks (that are made just for You)

We were never taught to be productive as an entrepreneur… if you’re in the corporate business, you know what you need to do because they tell you in your work what that is… but if you’re entrepreneur you need to build your own system, procedures, steps

Productivity is what we are willing to do…

There's lots of information out there, and the only way to know which one is the right one for you, is to know what you’re good at, and what you’re capable of doing, so that you can then sit down and make a plan.

Yeap sounds easy, but actually it is that easy.

I bet you’ve read about different productivity hacks and you tried them for a few days and then nothing.. And then you thought they don't work for you…

And the truth is that they do work, they are just not for you, and you’re not 100% committed, which is in your mindset...

So how can you identify what is the best productivity tool, hack that you should do?

I got these from google! And we'll go through them to know if you can do them:

  • Get rid of distractions. - is it true that you can get rid of them?? What do you need to do to get rid of distractions? Put your phone away? Kick your husband out of the house? Stop browsing on social media? What do you need to give up? And once you have figured it out, write how does that look for you!

  • Use a project management system. - if you’re using Asana, or Trello are you still using paper post-its to write your to-do's? If you’re not using digital, when you write your to-do’s on paper, o you actually do what you right?? Think of this, this way, do you need a reminder to do what you need to do? Could your phone work? Or a project manager?

  • Implement the 2 minute rule. - this means that if your task takes less than 2 minutes do it. BUT ask yourself. Is it that important to do right now? Think when is the best time to do the 2 minute rule and set a time to do it. If it's not a priority don't do it!

  • Create a to-do list. - this is the typical productivity hack… If creating a do list makes you feel overwhelmed then find a different way to brain dump your ideas and what you need to do. When are you most mentally active? At what time of the day can you sit down and actually build this list? What needs to happen to this list after you braindump? What are the actions afterwards….

So do you want to continue to waste your time with productivity hacks that are not for you? Or are you willing to build new productivity hacks that are built around your strengths, and your willingness to commit to them.
